I left 2002 behind and Karoline and I were ready to move on. I have to admit that I wasted a lot of time on the STT thing. However once I knew that moving in another direction was the thing to do Karoline and I immediately began work on Trackoholics and with the help of Matt Blom, his wife Caroline we grabbed we worked on building a track schedule with Grattan Raceway.

It was last minute and the dates we recieved were pretty iffy. Some Wednesdays, Thursdays, Mondays and a Friday. It was not going to be easy but Karoline and I knew that we could pull it off if we put together a great program.

Don Proctor joined us and handled tire sales and mounting chores. Former roadracer Pat Hurley who was also the original owner of Sylvania Superbike Trackdays and Sylvania Superbike and racer Dave Lang from Redline Superbike to help with Novice group instruction.

We hired Jen Ramey to handle signup and calling of sessions and we were off and running.

Although the pickings were slim and our first event was small, as I recall sixteen people. By years end we managed to begin selling out our "Limited rider format events"

Our goal was to offer smaller groups, kick ass Novice instruction with all of the amenities that the bigger vendors had and to turn a small profit. Our prices never went up! and were less than our larger competitors.

Chuck Piotrowski of Redline Superbike also joined the crew.

2003 was a break through year and it gave us the drive to run even more events the following season.

We also ran an event for the ZX7 forum group that turned out to be one of the best trackdays I've ever been to. Great group of guys, some who traveled from California to ride with us.

Despite the fact that Karoline and I were doing almost everything now, the fun was back and going to the track was no longer a monumental pain in the ass.
